Matthew Baumel is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Jadian Capital. Prior to joining Jadian, Matthew worked at Blackstone, where he was responsible for real estate acquisitions across various sectors including single-family rental, life science office, and multifamily development. Previously, he was a member of the Investment Team at Northwood Investors and began his career in the Real Estate Gaming and Lodging (REGL) investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Matthew graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
