Chris is a Vice President of FP&A for Jadian Capital. Prior to joining Jadian, Chris was a Vice President in Kroll's (f/k/a Duff & Phelps) Transaction Advisory Services group, where he was responsible for assisting PE and Corporate buyers & sellers with transaction services such as financial diligence, carve-out analyses, and post-close modeling, among others. Prior to that, Chris worked in KPMG's financial services audit practice. Chris received his B.S in Finance and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
